REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. The services offered through this website involve the reservation of dedicated time, preparation, and professional resources. Please review the following policies before purchasing.

Individual Sessions

This policy applies to astrology consultations, psychic mediumship sessions, intuitive guidance sessions, coaching sessions, and other individual appointments.

Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be rescheduled to a future date.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Once a session has been completed, refunds are not available.

Coaching and Mentoring Packages

Coaching and mentoring packages reserve ongoing time, support, planning, and resources.

Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and prior to the first scheduled session may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once the first session has occurred, or program materials have been delivered, refunds are generally not available.

Unused sessions within a package are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are encouraged to complete all sessions within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

Recorded Forecasts and Personalized Services

Recorded forecasts, personalized recordings, written reports, and custom-created materials require dedicated preparation and are considered delivered upon completion.

Because these services are personalized and created specifically for the purchaser, refunds are not available once work has begun or the recording has been delivered.

European Union Customers

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

By purchasing a service and requesting scheduling, delivery of materials, preparation, or commencement of services before the expiration of any applicable withdrawal period, you expressly request that performance begin immediately.

If services have been fully performed, your right of withdrawal may no longer apply where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Exceptional Circumstances

Life happens. In the event of illness, emergency, or other significant circumstances, reasonable accommodations may be made at our discretion.

Requests for consideration should be submitted as soon as possible.

Chargebacks

If you have concerns regarding a purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.
